Your information

When you join, we use your email to sign you in and, only with your consent, send community updates. Activity hosts submit public event details and a private contact email for review. We use broad city-level interest signals to understand where activities are wanted.

Your location

Location permission is optional and is requested only when you choose to use it. Browser location helps center the map; it is not stored as your home address. A host’s activity map point represents a public venue, not a member’s home.

Who sees what

Approved activity listings are public. Your email, event registrations and individual hand raises are not shown on the public map. Reviewers can access submissions and safety reports to manage the community.

Your choices

You can decline location permission and search manually. Community email consent can be withdrawn. For account or data requests, contact the ZAPDA.AI team through the project owner’s published contact channel.
